FORMAT:
Four player scramble. Entry fee is $425 per player and includes lunch, golf cart, greens fees, gifts and cocktail buffet for you and your guest. The cost to attend the Dinner and Auction only is $80 per person Sign up early to pick your flight! Entry deadline is July 1. Everyone deserves to live in a home of their own, maintain a job, make friends, learn new skills and contribute to his or her community. Life Skills provides these opportunities for people with developmental disabilities through a variety of services.
